There are important aspects of the practice of medicine that sometimes require a physician to personally examine and observe the condition of the patient. Our psychiatrist may not be aware of facts or information that would affect his or her opinion of your diagnosis. Therefore, our diagnosis is limited by the nature and amount of information available to the psychiatrist. By engaging in our services you acknowledge and agree that you understand this limitation and agree to assume the risk of this limitation. In order to get the full benefit of the services offered by PSYCHopinion.com LLC, we strongly suggest that you discuss the results with your treating psychiatrist as well.

3. The lack of an in-person evaluation may affect the PSYCHopinion.com LLC’s psychiatrist’s ability to obtain information important to your diagnosis and therefore affect his or her diagnosis of your condition.

Transactions through this website are protected by encryption software to protect the integrity of your personal information. Insurance Coverage
The services provided by PSYCHopinion.com LLC may not be covered by your personal health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, and PSYCHopinion.com LLC will not file any insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid claims. Your engagement in the services provided through PSYCHopinion.com LLC will be considered an understanding of this restriction and your agreement that you are responsible for all payments.
Refund
You may choose to terminate the PSYCHopinion.com LLC services at any time. However, no refunds will be issued after scheduling your interview with one of our psychiatrists. If you terminate our services prior to that point, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount you have paid to PSYCHopinion.com LLC.
Credit Transactions
PSYCHopinion.com LLC accepts payment by credit cards only. All credit cards submitted for payments must have the ability to debit the account. If you submit a credit card unable to the debit the account, your credit card has expired, or we cannot bill your credit card for any reason, we will send you a notice. Within 5 business days of this notice you must provide us with a valid credit card number. No services will be fulfilled until full payment has been received and verified. Once you submit credit card information, PSYCHopinion.com LLC reserves the right to utilize your credit card to make a payment for our services.
No Warranties
