Thank you for your interest in PSYCHopinion.com LLC. We offer a web-based psychiatric conference and medical record review in an effort to provide diagnostic clarity and offer suggestions for your treatment.
Before we can offer our services to you, we request that you review our Terms of Services Agreement and the Disclaimer on Physician’s Service.
In addition, and prior to our video conference, we request a summary of care rendered to date. For this, copies of previous medical records concerning the treatment and diagnosis of any psychiatric, psychological or physical condition are helpful. When you initiate a case, we will contact you to arrange for these records to be sent to us. Our team will review your file and assign an appropriate specialist to your case for your conference.

Then, we will contact you to schedule a 60-90 minute video conference between you and a psychiatrist specializing in your area of need. All of our evaluations are confidential and conducted through Skype or FaceTime (if you have an iPad or other Apple device). Please make sure you have the correct program installed in your computer or tablet prior to your interview. If you need help with this, please let us know and we’ll provide you with instructions.
You will receive a written report of findings within five business days of your conference. The report will summarize your case, provide a differential diagnosis, and offer suggestions for appropriate treatment options, which you may share with your treating psychiatrist. We will be happy to speak with your psychiatrist, at your request, for no additional cost. Before we can speak with him or her, we will need you to sign a release allowing us to discuss your medical information and our report.
